  10. The fact is you are made of energy. ##What you can see with your own eyes as skin is in reality made from energy - atoms and molecules. That is what you are. When you can grasp this and let all the other stuff go then you can start healing.##

  11. For you to heal anything in your life you must first understand this basic principle. You are an energy field living within an energy field that interacts with your field. We are all interacting at an energy level.

  12. So knowing this means you have the same potential as everyone else. You at a basic energy level are nourished by the same energy field as everyone else. What most of us believe is that we are separate without help, love or understanding. This is a lie.

  13. The energy field that we are and living within is everything. It is love, compassion, creativity, health, heath, anger, resentment and yes violent. So everyone on this planet is capable of being anything that the universal energy is.

  14. ##Keeping this in mind then. When you experience anxiety or have an attack look at what thoughts or beliefs led up to it. Do you live in a constant state of worry over the future, what your kids are doing, whether you are a good enough parent, the best at your job. And the BIG one Am I good enough. Are you constantly fearful of losing your job, your relationship, or your health###

  15. ##These are all symptoms of being unconscious. This means you are not aware of who you really are. Because if you did really believe that you were the same as everyone else there would be no need for all this worry. ##You are no better or worse than anyone on this planet You are uniquely you. You are whatever you want to be not what anyone else expects from you.

  16. As energetic beings with the same potential as everyone else we are creators of our own existence. Stop feeling powerless next to the super secretary or the wealthy people in your neighborhood. You possess the same power they do. The difference between you is that you don't believe in yourself and they do.

  17. ##Joyful people don't worry because they know that whatever they worry about is asking for something they don't want. They have learned ##that being grateful and believing that everyday really is OK brings more of everything being OK.

  18. Being OK does not mean that everyday of your life is perfect and sunshiny with lots of wealth, and health and joyful experiences. It means that you know how to adjust your way of thinking to know that no matter how awful your present situation may be it will always change.

  19. ##Your anxiety is caused by your disconnection and disbelief in your true self.

  20. ##When you know you are everything you are not afraid to do anything##

  24. ##Worry about not being good enough diminishes because you know that you are more than good enough. From your energetic state of awareness you are enough. It is the thoughts and beliefs in your subconscious mind that keep repeating themselves as worry and mind chatter that stop you from living the life you desire. This is old dialogue that is a lie. This is not what you are.

  25. Your first step toward solving your anxiety issues is not just to understand this but know it. You are not the negative things you have learned, been taught or have experienced in your life. These are experiences you may choose to have or dismiss. You may now see your life as a new creation made by you. The real you. You may now dismiss the fear, anger, jealousy resentment and worry because this does not serve you. What serves you is the knowing of who you are even though it is not evident in your life fully right now. The more you dismiss the other and allow what you do desire the changes ##will happen.

  26. Anxiety stems from lack of trust in yourself. From years of being told you aren't good enough, talented enough, lovable enough. Your anxiety stops when you see the power in doing your life without caring what other people think. I lived my life from this viewpoint for many years and was joyful abundant and healthy. When I started living according to others desires for me I lost my way.
