Teachers and Students 2017

  1. We come onto this planet each lifetime with the sole (soul) purpose of having experiences by which we learn. And as we learn, we raise our vibrational frequency. This is commonly known amongst Lightworkers as "holding more Light".

  2. In each experience during which you are the student it is assumed, then, that you also have a teacher at the opposite side of the experience.

  3. Teachers don't always come with certificates to make them easily recognizable. In fact those who teach you the most important things are recognizable by only one thing: they cause you pain to some degree.

  4. It seems that for some perverse reason humans are wired to learn from painful experiences. We view pleasure as a reward for pain, not as a way to learn. As humanity raises its awareness and, subsequently, its vibration, the truth will arise. It is this: learning is just as effective, if not more so, when it occurs as a result of pleasure than when it occurs as a result of pain.

  5. Most learning experiences are viewed with one person as the teacher and the other as the student. However the deeper truth is that both are teachers and both are students. There is no greater way to learn than to teach.

  6. All things, good and bad, will end. And so it is with learning experiences between people. Typically the endings come in one of two ways:

  7. Both people agree to end the experience, having both accomplished the learning they desired. They part amicably and often end up friends, grateful to each other for the part they played in the lesson.
  8. One person determines that their learning is complete and desires to end the experience so as to begin a new learning experience. This usually results in hostility and anger from the other person, who wishes to continue the experience.
  9. Obviously the mutual ending of the experience would be the most desirable... or at least that's what seems obvious. The deeper truth is that with the ending of the experience by only one of the people there is still learning occurring. Perhaps it is in regards to the main subject of their mutual lesson or perhaps it is about other related, ancillary subjects, such as issues of abandonment or control.

  10. Remember, as long as there is pain in any form between you and another, you are learning something important. The greater the pain, the greater the learning. Be grateful for the opportunity and for your teacher. It makes the learning come faster and more easily.
